Client issues with inefficient management of allocated work and time recording, causing waste and financial discrepancy.

Implementation of Worksite and Digital Allocation sheets.

3) - How did we help?

Implementation of our Worksite and Allocation Sheets services – in addition Ishango used a subset of captured data across an 87 day window; day shift only; combined with usage of construction site control data to unveil insights and analytics to immediately introduce efficiencies.



4) - The benefit

Ishango found the following benefit (with increasing confidence): 23.6% over allocated staff costs (over allocated and illegitimate cost).

Additionally Ishango improved the benefits and confidence by removing all operatives that had no recorded access control events – cleansing data, ensuring accurate data, minimising rogue staff cost allocation.

5) - The benefit summary

Both work packages introduced an efficiency of over 30%. Other efficiencies identified and provided to the client as part of the Worksite mobilsiation:

  • Creation of “payroll ready data” for the HR teams, allowing more accurate payroll allocation.
  • Less waste - reduced cumbersome manual processes (by introducing automated processes).
  • Not an uncommon set of outcomes for Worksite.
